Erbium-YAG laser is advantageous for uniformly shaving off the epidermal layer of the skin. It can be effectively used for widely spread flat warts.

It can be usefully applied when treating multiple widely spread flat warts at once. It's possible to evenly remove lesions while reducing the burden on the surrounding skin. Syringomas are benign skin lesions caused by an excessive increase in sweat glands (eccrine glands) in the dermis. They are characterized by multiple small, round, palpable lesions typically appearing under the eyes, on the cheeks, and forehead. They can be relatively common in individuals with a genetic predisposition or in women in their 20s and 30s.

Erbium-YAG laser can remove the skin's epidermis thinly and delicately. This makes it advantageous for treating syringomas in sensitive areas like around the eyes. While painless, they can become irritated by friction. CO2 laser is generally useful for removing skin tags, offering good cutting ability and hemostatic effects, allowing for quick treatment of many lesions. It is best to apply Duoderm immediately after mole removal, change it every 3-5 days, and consistently manage the area for at least 7 days.

Overall, we recommend a management period of approximately 10 days.

If Duoderm use is uncomfortable or causes an allergic reaction, frequently apply a regenerating cream or moisturizing gel to prevent the skin from drying out. Additionally, it is important to carefully apply SPF 50 or higher sunscreen and avoid unnecessary touching of the treated area.
