It is generally recommended to use a longer pulse duration for thicker hair.
Thicker hair contains more melanin, so with a short pulse, energy can be absorbed too rapidly, potentially damaging the epidermis. Therefore, using a longer pulse allows heat to be delivered more gradually, which is beneficial for epidermal protection.

Precautions 'After' Treatment
- ㆍRedness, burning, and pain may persist for 2-3 days, and on the day of treatment, cooling care such as ice packs is recommended.
- ㆍTo prevent folliculitis and itching, apply a sufficient amount of moisturizing lotion to the treated area.
- ㆍDo not rub the treated area vigorously, and please apply sunscreen diligently when going out.
- ㆍDuring the treatment period, please avoid plucking hair with tweezers, waxing, tanning, etc.

Of course, proper aftercare, such as soothing management or antibiotic ointment application, must be accompanied to reduce inflammatory reactions and safely protect the skin. Why do I need to remove ingrown hairs at the clinic and then receive laser hair removal?
