Before starting any procedure or treatment, we assess your skin condition using precise diagnostic equipment such as Mark-Vu, at no additional cost. This allows for personalized consultations and helps us avoid recommending unnecessary treatments. For package treatments, we conduct regular diagnostic examinations at each session, rather than relying solely on subjective feelings of improvement. This is to help you objectively confirm changes in your skin with data.
2. We respect our patients' time and strive to adhere to appointment schedules.
We operate an efficient reservation system to minimize unnecessary waiting times and ensure smooth consultations and procedures.
3. We adhere to the use of genuine products, precise quantities, and transparent pricing policies.
For example, during InMode procedures, treatment time is calculated based on the actual time radiofrequency is delivered. This can differ significantly from simply timing the entire procedure with a stopwatch. We clearly communicate these processes to our patients.
